Creping of the skin

Materials used;
Sponge
Latex
mixing pot


For this lesson we used latex to create creping of the skin, which is creating wrinkles on the skin, all we did was pour some latex into a pot and using the sponge dip it in and use a dabbing motion, not sweeping onto the skin, then with a hairdryer making sure it is cool and dry the latex on the skin, until it is clear, then it looks like wrinkles.

 This is what my partner that day created on my hand, but i did some of it as well. I really like how it does actually look like it is of a old persons hand, which is what i think makes it look kind of creepy, as it is my hand and shouldn't look like that.

I think i worked well on this and now after i understand how i would do it and how it works. If i did again, i would want to cover a lot of places with it to see how it turned out. On the face though you would have to cover some of it with the makeup to blend it into your skin tone.
